By official communication, just received by the Minister of Portugal in Vienna, dated to the just past 31 October, arrived the fortuitous news that it had been celebrated in that same Court, on the 29th of the same month, the Marriage Contract between Her Majesty Maria II, Queen of Portugal, and her August Uncle, his Serene Excellency Prince Miguel, just as soon as the Dispensation from consanguinity did arrive that His Holiness did deem to grant for the purposes of effecting both the marriage contract and the marriage.
