On the 19 of this month, in the Royal Chapel of Queluz, his Eminence the Patriarch Cardinal administered the Sacred Baptism to the recently born prince on who was bestowed the names of Pedro d’Alcântara, Francisco, António, João, Carlos, Xavier, de Paula, Miguel, Rafael, Joaquim, José, Gonzaga, Pascoal, Cypriano, Serafino. His godfather was the Prince of Spain Antonio, represented by his nephew Prince Pedro Carlos and his godmother Her Royal Highness, the Princess Maria Anna, sister to his majesty.
